It was a fairly simple task Diana had taken on herself. Check the lower levels of the casino Larfleeze had holed himself up in. No construct could get in Diana’s way. It was pointless of them to try really.
There was a reason the world called her Wonder Woman.
So much of what she had done so far amounted to collecting dead bodies. Each loss of life Diana felt, almost as if she had failed them in some way. If she had gotten in here sooner, tried different things, responded quicker, would they still be alive? Diana tried not to let the deaths weigh to heavily on her mind.
Standing in front of the vault she glanced at it. The best security systems in the world protected the vault. Not that it really mattered. Reaching forward she gripped the handle and with barely any effort ripped the whole thing off of it’s hinges.
Super strength. It might not be as fluid as the way a cat burglar would enter, but it was faster.
As soon as the tunnel was up Diana made her way inside. She was bound and determined to get as many people out of there as possible.
Perhaps if they were lucky the civilians and the poor heroes could be rescued. As far as she knew, they had to be quick about it. Supplies had been running low for days.
Blessed by the gods, speed was something Diana was fortunate enough to have.
I’ll get back to you when my head stops hurting.I take it you were hurt then?
Yep. Turns out angry people with bricks and bats can do damage to the cranium. Who knew?
Are you on the inside?
I’ll get back to you when my head stops hurting.
I take it you were hurt then?
I need to sleep. I’ll hit the replies up tomorrow. If you need me my ask box is always open.
I love you guys.

“I haven’t spoken to him since he mentioned the sewers,” Carol replied. “Magneto was the one who told me that the two of them had run into a Black Lantern and Sinestro wanted the Lanterns to know. It’s good that you are keeping in touch with Barry;if you speak with him again, please let him know to keep an eye out for Batwoman. I’ve heard that she’s been shot and it isn’t looking good for her.” She frowned and let out a sigh, rubbing a hand on the her forehead. “As far as Larfleeze goes, i doubt he’ll care. The last time there was an issue with Black Lanterns, he had to be bribed into helping.” Unfortunately, she knew she couldn’t waste any time on that so turning back to the topic at hand, she pulled up a holographic map from her ring and pointed out the area that she and Magneto had decided upon. “This is where we’re meeting. It’s a town called Paradise, a few miles outside the strip; close but far enough not to be spotted by Larfleeze’s Corps. And the sewer system connects them both.”
“I will relay the message.” Diana said with a soft frown. She liked Kate, she was a good woman. The dome, and Black Lanterns it was like they couldn’t catch a break. She would speak to Barry about finding Kate. She deserved the help that they could provide. Though she had to admit she felt a little helpless at moments. “That is a shame. This hole mess is a shame.” she said looking over at the bright orange dome. Diana looked at the holographic map, and with a bit of thought pulled one up with her own ring, marking the same spot. “Good. Now is really the time to work together.” she said. “I will come along with you. I want to help in any way I can.”
Diana has rejoined the Star Sapphires in case the threat from the Black Lanterns grow.

That is all.
dianawarriorprincess replied to your post: Carol it appears as though Black Lanterns are on the outside of the dome. Perhaps it would be best if I took you up on that offer for a violet ring.“Barry is taking steps to try and secure the dead inside, protect them from becoming lanterns themselves.” Wearing the ring was… it was an experience unlike anything else, she had never forgotten that. “thank you carol”She nodded, taking in the information, her expression turning serious. “That’s good of him. Hopefully William Hand or any of other Black Lanterns will not be able to get past the dome either.” Her smile returned and she told, “No thanks necessary, but you are welcome nonetheless..” Carol paused and then asked, “Have you had a chance to speak with Magneto? We’re trying to gather our group and meet in one spot.”
“One can only hope.” she said, remembering the last time they had to deal with black lanterns and the crisis it caused. “No I have not. Nor have I spoken with Sinestro.” she said, “I have been in contact with Barry though, fortunately.” she said. “Where would you like to meet? I will follow your lead.” she told her. There was so much to deal with at once she sighed softly, “Do you think that with this new threat Larfleeze will decide to work with everyone once again?”
She was a little concerned, as she knew Barry was at the top of Larfleeze’s list already, but she was grateful that Diana was able to communicate with him so they could somewhat collaborate. “That’s good of him. I know Barry is smart enough to take care of himself, but I hope he manages to stay safe while distracting him. Larfleeze’s distraction with the heroes does mean that this is the best time for us to act.” Upon hearing Diana’s plan, Carol couldn’t help but worry a little; While she had full faith in Diana and her ability to lead, there was mass chaos right now and she didn’t want Diana to be the new target of the crowd. “We should see what the situation is like. Somehow, we have to convince people that Larfleeze has no intention of letting them go, even if they kill and bring him the heads of the heroes.”
Carol nodded and making sure she didn’t fly up too high, to avoid unwanted attention, followed her map and starting flying as far as she could. Once she found an opening that was a good distance away, she landed and waited until Diana was next to her before speaking. “You ready?”
“I do too. I asked that he do so, but Barry will take risks if it means protecting innocent lives we all would.” she said. Diana glanced at her as they flew, “I have an uncanny ability to make people see the truth. If not, well, flight will never be a more useful option to me then it will at that moment in time.” she sighed, “I only hope that we can help. Perhaps if we get lucky we can simply start leading people back through the sewer system.” she said
Landing on the ground Diana looked over at her. The smell already curled her nose but there was not much time to wait.
Glancing up she heard Larfleeze’s voice echo through the desert. Not much time at all. “We need to hurry.” she said entering the tunnel that would lead them into the city.
